Before we did anything, we set out to define the narrative and value proposition for working at Microsoft. Then, we built upon that platform with a campaign concept inspired by the ethos of improvisational actors who build on each other's actions to do their best work.
We replaced their traditional brochures with a customizable deck of cards featuring content specific to top recruiting needs. Each deck is just as constructive as it is informative—allowing candidates to build their own structural creations and share with others.
We designed an app that acts like a hotel concierge—to put candidates at ease during their long day of interviews at a Microsoft campus. Beyond interview day, we built tools for recruiters to follow up with current candidates, and reach out to new ones.
